Jen offers individual counseling at her office space at Integrative Family Medicine of Asheville. Collectively, she has approximately 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health.
Jen gravitates towards a warm and person-centered approach in her counseling sessions. She believes in the power of the counseling relationship. Jen practices a light-hearted approach and believes that humor can often be the best medicine that we have available to us as human beings.
While Jen enjoys working with people of diverse backgrounds and histories, she is particularly skilled at supporting others who work in the mental health and health care professions due to her understanding of the nature of this challenging work.
